Hey, just a note of thanks. About 10 days ago, I ordered a floor mount tub fill with hand shower and a fully exposed thermostatic shower. I received the items this morning and am thrilled! The beauty and quality of these items are without peer. Being a tradesman with 30 years experience, I know quality when I see it, and your products exude flawless quality. Your level of customer service is also quite above average. When your products were delivered, one part was missing. With just one phone call a replacement was on the way and since your shipping times are so short, this will not cause me any inconvenience. I am in the process of remodeling a master bath in a multimillion dollar home and with the help of your products and various other vendors, I was able to stay almost $17,000 under the finished plumbing budget set by the homeowners. Once they saw your products, they said they would not have minded spending the entire budget to get this kind of beauty and quality. This bath will also have over $30,000 of Bianca Cerrera marble, so it will showcase your products quite nicely. I will be sure to send you pictures when the project is complete.

I wish I had found these years ago! I have spent at least $100 on shower curtain rings in the last year, trying to find the "perfect" ones. I never thought I would find ones that I would describe as "perfect". Your product seems to fit the bill; they glide effortlessly. Who wants to fight the shower curtain first thing in the morning? I never write product appreciation emails, but I feel your product deserves a round of applause for providing a quality product that eliminates an annoying pet peeve, the clumsy shower curtain hook.

We bought a surface mounted shower from you. I do not remember the model number but I am sure that you can look it up. We just want to let you know that this shower is awesome in every way and it is well worth the cost. The mechanical temperature mixer works great. It is a true pleasure to take a shower with this unit. The shower is beautiful and everyone who sees it comments on how pretty it is. It fits in perfectly to the decor in our 1836/1850/1868 home and, although the house would not have had indoor plumbing when it was built, the shower certainly contributes to the historic look that we are trying to recreate.

I installed the shower myself and found it to be incredibly easy to install. Everything that I needed except plumbers tape, caulk, and tools was in the box. Although there were no instructions, the installation procedure was obvious. I had it in and working in about half an hour. I cannot say as much for other shower units that we purchased elsewhere for other bathrooms.

In our previous home we purchased a similar shower unit from another company, but it was three times more expensive. Although we do not yet know how your shower holds up over time, I can say with confidence that this shower is at least as nice in all other regards as the fancy Italian brand that we used before.

Of all the steps in creating two private bathrooms from what was a Jack-n-Jill bath, the most satisfactory was dealing with you. Not only are the slipper tub, sink, faucets, etc. beautiful, the entire process went very smoothly from the initial investigation through the purchase, delivery and installation. Frankly I was very concerned about making such a major purchase without actually seeing the products, but I couldn't be more pleased. Thank you for all your assistance.

At our local hardware outlets, we were unable to find a lavatory small enough for our guest bathroom, and the bathroom re-do was completed except for the lavatory. We were a little frantic since we're expecting guests soon who will be using that bathroom for a month, so we had a real time crunch. After scouring the internet for a small, good quality pedestal lavatory (and finding almost nothing small enough), we found Signature Hardware and ordered the Mini-Washington, along with your Old English Lavatory Faucet and the fittings for the lavatory, all in brushed nickel. We placed the order just a few days ago, and everything arrived today--exactly as ordered. We were (and are) tremendously impressed with the selection available through Signature Hardware, and even more, we're impressed with (and grateful for) the speed with which you got these items to us. It's not often that one comes across somebody willing to go out of their way to help a total stranger (even when that stranger is a customer.) Laura is the exception. I recently purchased a new house and find myself in the difficult position of having to finish a number of projects in my current house before putting it on the market. One such project is a clawfoot tub which needs a shower and an enclosure.

While shopping online, I learned that this type of hardware is typically not in stock and can take as long as two months to ship. Additionally, I discovered that most plumbing fixture websites provide very little information and poor photographs. Eventually I found what I was looking for on your website - a Leg Tub Shower Enclosure Set (at a great price). I called to see about availability and I spoke with Laura, who informed me that the item was not in stock (it was on backorder). I thanked her and told her that I needed the shower ASAP, so I would keep looking.

After 20-30 minutes of shopping, I again called - your prices are great, your website is very good, and Laura is extremely helpful - you earned my business. Now, here's where the story really gets good...

Laura again answered and informed me that she had just tried to call me back. She had asked (somebody else) and learned that you have all of the individual pieces that make up the Leg Tub Shower Enclosure Set in stock, and can put a kit together. It wouldn't be packaged as a kit, but in the end, it would be the same assembly. She said that she would make sure that everything was available and if so, she would give me a call and let me know when it would ship. She wanted to make sure that I didn't find myself with a missing piece, unable to finish the project. I got an e-mail from her today telling me that everything was available and on the way.

I can't tell you how appreciative I am. I can get my tub finished and my house on the market, and it's all due to Laura's initiative and willingness to go above and beyond for a customer.

It's also worth mentioning that I have a client who is renovating and adding on to her house and she wants clawfoot tubs and pedestal sinks throughout. This afternoon, I told her to check out your website and to call Laura. I anticipate doing the same with other clients. Thank you very much.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank your company for the great job that was done in handling my recent order. When I ordered my items I expected at least a 3 week delivery date. Imagine my surprise when my items were delivered in less than a week. At first I was skeptical that the tub and feet had not been painted as I had requested.
